• High school graduate in 2022 or 2023

• Reside in the Chicagoland area

• Commit to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a computer science, data science, software engineering, or other software-related field

• Seneca Foundation is a 14-month commitment:

  • You must be available to work in-person between 9:00a-3:30p, Monday-Friday during the Seneca Intensive Training (June 26-August 11)

  • During the school year, Tech Scholars will be expected to work remotely up to 20 hours/week.

All materials must be submitted by the deadline, March 24!

• High school transcript emailed to info@senecafoundation.org

• Letter of recommendation from teacher, counselor, or job manager; emailed directly to Seneca Foundation - info@senecafoundation.org

• Candidates who are invited to interview will be asked to complete an activity on code.org prior to their interview

• February 22 Application Opens

• April 15 Application Closes

• April 17 Interview Decisions sent; candidates complete code.org activity prior to Virtual Interview

• April 26-May 6 Virtual Interviews

• May 9 Final decisions sent

• June 26 Program Starts
